Staying hydrated is part of your plan, and logging it takes a second.
How to do it
Just tell DietPal what you drank, for example:
- "I had a glass of water."
- "Two bottles of water."
- Or send a 🥤 (glass) or 🍶 (bottle).
DietPal adds it to today's water and shows your progress.
Glass and bottle sizes
- A glass counts as 250 ml.
- A bottle counts as 500 ml.
You can log several at once — "three glasses today" works fine.
Your water ring
Each time you log a drink, DietPal sends back a water ring showing how much you've had against your daily goal. You can also ask "how much water have I had today?" any time.
