How do I update payment or manage billing?
You can update your card, view your receipts, and change your plan from your billing page — the same secure portal you use to cancel.
What you can do there
- Update your payment card (for example, a new card or a fixed expiry).
- View and download receipts / invoices.
- Change your plan {{CONFIRM: e.g. switch monthly ↔ annual}}.
How to open it

A card payment failed — what now?
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, we'll automatically retry it over the following days. To avoid any interruption, update your card on your billing page as above. If you have questions about a charge, see Can I get a refund? or contact support.
