How to request a refund

- the email or phone number you purchased with, and
- your receipt or the charge date.
We'll process approved refunds back to your original payment method. Refunds can take {{CONFIRM: a few business days}} to appear, depending on your bank.
If you never managed to use DietPal on WhatsApp
A small number of WhatsApp accounts can't receive messages from businesses (a WhatsApp setting most people never hit). If that prevented you from ever using DietPal, {{CONFIRM: you're refunded automatically}} — you won't need to chase it. First, it's worth trying the quick fix in I'm not receiving messages from DietPal, which solves it for almost everyone.
Already cancelled?
