Your progress charts
- Weight progress. Your real weigh-ins plotted against your goal line. Over time you'll see your line trend toward the goal line — the clearest sign your plan is working.
- Calorie progress (today). How much of today's target you've used, with any overflow shown in amber (never red).
- Water ring. Your hydration against your daily goal.
You don't have to do anything special to get these — they appear as you log your weight, food and water. You can also ask for one any time, e.g. "show my weight chart" or "show this week."
Milestones
When you pass a whole-kilogram milestone on the way to your goal, DietPal sends a milestone card — a small celebration of how far you've come and how much is left. It's there to keep the journey motivating, not just informational.
The trend is the point
Charts are designed to keep your eyes on the trend, not a single day. A flat or wobbly week is normal; what matters is the direction over weeks. If you ever want help reading a chart, just ask your coach.
